OUR ORGANISATION
Sarum Supported Living Ltd was set up in 2024 by two passionate, determined & dedicated individuals who together, combine their extensive skills, knowledge and expertise to deliver exceptional person-centred support to individuals with Autism, mild/moderate learning disabilities and/or mental health needs.
We enable those receiving our support to lead fulfilled lives where they are supported to make individual choices, achieve personal goals, take control of their own lives and become a valued member of their community.
OUR VISION
At Sarum Supported Living Ltd, our mission is to provide a lifestyle of support, promoting independence and empowering individuals to live the life they want for themselves. We support individuals to identify and develop their own unique skills and abilities, supporting them to make positive changes in their lives while focusing on developing independent living skills.
OUR SERVICES
The services provided by Sarum Supported Living Ltd are wide ranging and cover all aspects of the support individuals need to live a fulfilled and independent life wherever possible.
The provision of our service starts with a comprehensive needs-led assessment prior to acceptance to ensure we are able to meet the needs of the service user. Support Plans will be drawn up by working collaboratively with the service user, commissioning authority, family, friends and other stakeholders that are central to an individual’s life. Our aim is to offer a flexible supported living service where service users will have access to support 7 days a week. We also provide a 24 hour a day telephone helpline in case of emergencies.
OUR SUPPORT STAFF
All support staff working for Sarum Supported Living Ltd will focus on delivering support that is reliable, inventive, honest and transparent with a focus on delivering person-centred support using best practise methods. Our organisation will provide first class training opportunities to all support staff ensuring that we go beyond minimum industry standards, promoting a culture of dignity, inclusion and privacy to those that we support.
